There is no limit on locum nursing income. Take one extra duty or take every shift you can. The hospital sets the rate for that duty and shows it before you apply.
A weekend ICU and a weekday ward will not pay the same. What you earn follows the work you take — and ProLocum does not stop that at a fixed figure.
Three ways nurses use locum work
