About ProLocum
Three doctors who had watched the same shift fall apart.
Someone takes emergency leave. A festival empties the roster. The hospital looks for a locum in a WhatsApp group. The clinician who arrives may be excellent — or may only have a name and a photo. There is no shared record of qualification, of the hospitals they have worked in, or of a rate agreed before the duty.
Dr. Indresh Pal, Dr. Gajanan Jaiswar, and Dr. Nepram Khelsana started ProLocum from that gap. They did not set out to build another job board. They wanted a bridge between a hospital with a hole in the roster and a clinician who has registered — without an agency retainer, and without a profile sitting in search before that registration is done. The line on the product is the job: the bridge to uninterrupted care.
The work still splits the way they started it. Gajanan holds the idea and the vision: care should not stop because a roster has a hole. Indresh holds strategy and risk, so the fast path stays one the company can stand behind. Khelsana holds execution, from a registered profile to a shift that is posted and confirmed.
