ProLocum is a marketplace. Hospitals post duties. Doctors and nurses apply after they register. ProLocum is not the employer of locum clinicians unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Clinical responsibility for care delivered on a duty remains with the clinician and the host hospital, in line with applicable Indian law and council rules.

You must provide accurate credentials. Profiles without prior hospital experience are not placed. Misrepresentation, no-shows, or unsafe practice can lead to removal from the platform.

Shift rates are set by the hospital and shown before you apply. A 100% payment guarantee applies to completed shifts booked through the ProLocum app.
