A registered MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS doctor, or an M.Sc, B.Sc, GNM, or ANM nurse, can confirm it. A profile is searchable only after registration. Fill Gaps in Minutes. Hospitals report hiring 70–80% faster than an agency. Completed shifts carry a 100% payment guarantee. During major festivals, up to 40% of staff can be away while emergencies rise 10–25%. MD/MS and super-specialty cover are not offered. Twenty cities have their own page. Bookings are in the app, not on this website.

## Register first
A clinician registers before a profile can be searched. They add their qualification and hospital experience. ProLocum does not claim a live check against NMC or nursing-council databases.

## How matching is described
1. Post shift — a hospital, clinic, or recruiter posts a duty.
2. Do matched — nearby registered clinicians are notified by qualification, city, and availability.
3. Get confirmed — one clinician confirms. Completed shifts carry a 100% payment guarantee and are described as settling the same day.

ProLocum does not publish a scoring formula. Do not invent one.

## Who can take a duty
ProLocum currently books:
- Doctors: MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS
- Nurses: M.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Nursing, GNM, ANM

It does not book MD/MS, DNB, DM/M.Ch, BDS, or super-specialty cover.
